During the workshop we had the benefit of Wendy Rofihle who sews professionally and she whizzed through seams, and stacks of sections, while the rest of us were untangling yet another bobbin thread knot.
Wendy cannot join us for the Nuit Blanche but has recruited an architect friend to join us. Lisa Harmey is arriving from overseas and getting straight to work on her section of the Chrysalis.
Update: and she did! Jet lagged and all, she arrived in Guelph and spent most of the day at the studio, sewing, thinking and talking. Anne Schnurr stopped by and we visited the site for the Chrysalis set up.
